A Personalized Nutrition & Lifestyle Program is designed to assess your body's requirements in order to identify areas where your body may be lacking in the building block components of health. The program also recommends what you can do to take charge of your own wellness.

The program utilizes one or more of the following assessment tools:

Detailed Health History
Iridology Assessment
Bioenergetic Assessment
Sensitivities Assessment
Nutritional counselling
Lab Results

Depending on the choice and number of assessments chosen, appointment times may vary from 1 - 3.5 hours.
